Service Description
Korppi Mail provides temporary, disposable email addresses for receiving emails. The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
No Guarantee
We do not guarantee message delivery, uptime, or data persistence. Mailbox data may be lost at any time due to server restarts, maintenance, or expiration. Do not use this service for important, irreplaceable communications.
Prohibited Activities
You agree NOT to use this service for:
- Any illegal activity under applicable local, national, or international law
- Fraud, identity theft, phishing, or social engineering attacks
- Harassment, threats, stalking, or intimidation of any person
- Spam or unsolicited bulk messaging
- Distribution of malware, viruses, or malicious code
- Child exploitation material of any kind — zero tolerance, immediate report to authorities
- Terrorism-related activities or content
- Money laundering or circumventing financial regulations
- Circumventing security measures of other services
- Creating accounts on third-party platforms to abuse, defraud, or violate their terms of service
- Attempting to compromise the integrity, availability, or confidentiality of Korppi Mail itself, including but not limited to denial-of-service attempts, address enumeration, and reverse-engineering of access tokens
Account Responsibility
You are solely responsible for all activity conducted through mailboxes you create. Losing your access token means losing access to the mailbox — we cannot recover it.
Reserved Addresses
Certain local-parts (e.g. admin, support, noreply, ceo, postmaster, and similar role-based or impersonation-prone names) are reserved and cannot be allocated, regardless of whether they appear available. Attempting to bypass this restriction is a violation of these terms.
Law Enforcement
While we do not permanently store data, we reserve the right to cooperate with law enforcement agencies to the extent required by applicable law. We may block IP ranges or disable the service if we become aware of systemic abuse.
Liability
Korppi Mail and its operators shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use this service, including but not limited to: lost messages, expired mailboxes, service interruptions, or misuse by third parties.
Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated "Effective date" at the top of this page. Continued use of the service after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the service, in whole or in part, at any time and without notice, particularly in cases of suspected violation of these terms or applicable law.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
